Head of Cloud (Infrastructure) - Dublin, Ireland - €600-€800 Per Day - 12 Month Contract
Montash have been engaged by a prestigious online organisation who are one of the fastest growing technology companies in Dublin require a Head of Cloud to line manage a team of Cloud/Infrastructure Engineers and take full responsibility for the overall operational technical delivery of the Cloud Infrastructure systems.
You will be leading a team using the very latest tools and techniques and must be able to lead with an attitude of continual improvement within your department. Working closely with the Team Leaders in your division you will drive innovation using cutting edge tools for automation, monitoring, deployment, automatic diagnosis and self-healing to achieve a fully automated cloud environment.
Key Skills
- Solid background in public and hybrid cloud infrastructure technologies and previous experience operation a full IaaS platform.
- In depth knowledge of infrastructure and automation, deployment and monitoring technologies along with a good understanding of managing in-house to end infrastructure platforms.
- Strong leadership and line management skills are essential including the ability to further develop the teams skills. Excellent motivational, time management and decision making skills are other key attributes required.
This is an exciting environment where the successful Head of Cloud will gain direct access to managing and driving forward a team working on the latest infrastructure technologies covering Virtualisation, Linux, Windows, Networking and Storage platforms.
