Benefits Manager - World class Investment bank
I am searching for an Employee Benefits Manager to cover maternity leave in my clients EMEA Benefits Team. You will be primarily delivering general employee benefits projects and day to day ad hoc employee benefits tasks.
Job Role/Experience required.
To be successful in this position, you will be an experienced Benefits Manager having had responsibility for managing employee benefits programmes
You will be comfortable reviewing industry best practice and legislative updates to inform Firm benefits policy
Responsible for contract arrangements and associated negotiations liaising with external employee benefit providers
Responsible for day to day management (including responding to complex employee queries) and renewal of employee benefit plans including Life Insurance, Share Ownership, Childcare Vouchers etc
Responsible for delivery of employee benefit projects
Responsible for preparing and delivering written proposals for benefit plans
Support the delivery of Flexible Benefits Annual Enrolment
This is a highly visible role within a tier one investment bank.
