Description
We are responsible for ZTE network (SOW below) Managed Services and requirement is for ZTE specific 3G NPO expert and refer the key requirements below:
Cluster optimization, improving and meeting the contractual KPIs targets ( coverage and quality improvement )
DT log analysis and propose recommendation
KPI's improvement as per agreed SLA with customer
Worst cell analysis and improvement
RNC/parameter level optimization
Parameter Audit (RF parameter consistency check)
Customer interface
Preparing and submitting NPO presentation
In-depth experience and Knowledge on ZTE parameters, OSS counters and KPIs formulas, radio features and recommending/implementing changes for improvement
Experience on ZTE V4 RNC and latest Node Bs
Taking Handover of ZTE optimized clusters from customer, doing audit of drive test and OSS KPIs accepted cluster before taking handed over to NSN and improving the KPIs further.
Experience on 3G multi band scenarios, considering 900 and 2100 3G band in Myanmar. (Important)
Tools Knowledge: Tems Investigation, Discovery, Actix, ZTE internal tools for KPI analysis and parameter checks/audits
Neighbour consistency checks (One way, missing and outdated neighbours)
Multi layer neighbour definition checks
After any NW change the performance of the actual cell/site and the immediate surrounding sites needs to be analysed and documented.
