Job Description
As Service Tool Planner, you work in a team preventing tool non-availabilities by ensuring that the service tools available in the field are usable. This position has special attention to tool certification & calibration. In this job, you are the gatekeeper of tool safety in the field. Dealing with our field operations worldwide, you're duty is to ensure that each engineer has a safe and functioning tool. You will achieve this by working closely with our factories, suppliers and development sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Updating master data in SAP
- CALD (Calibration Data) settings
- Certification/calibration planning
- Certification/calibration execution and follow up
- Escalation management
- Identify process gaps, propose and implement solution
- Reporting
Education
- Master's degree with 0-3 years' experience
- Bachelor degree with 2-5 years' experience
Experience
- SAP pre
- Supply chain role pre
- MS Office required
