Montash have been engaged by a global retail client to secure an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer based in Paris .
Key Skills:
- Retail background (NEEDED).
- 1st/2nd line support experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Extensive infrastructure experience.
- Experience of working directly in the stores with retail clients dealing with all infrastructures.
- Working closely with store managers and senior stakeholders etc.
