Description

Desktop Engineer/3rd line support/SCCM

You will be part of a team that provides 3rd line incident and problem management by analysing incident and problems which can't be solved by 2nd line support. You will find underlying causes and relations with other components and perform intake for generic software updates as well as perform user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities:

Analyse non-compliant laptop and desktops
Report on causes of failure
Provide solutions for the failures
Provide customer focused 3rd line technical support to end users on all end-user hard- en software.
Advice technical departments on possibilities of integrating software in the desktop environment.
Keeping the desktop and laptop environment up-to-date

Knowledge & experience:

* Administrator knowledge on Windows XP/7/8
* Thorough knowledge on software distribution through SCCM 2012 (must)
* Expert knowledge of MS Office (must)
* At least 3 years desktop experience in a large enterprise environment
* Microsoft MCITP certified
* Knowledge of ITIL (ITIL essentials)
