3G, 4G, LTE RF Senior/Expert Optimisation Engineer ( Ericsson and Huawei)
Realization of network optimization projects for commercial GSM/WCDMA/LTE networks
Analysis of Network Performance based on KPI's
Analysis of Network Performance for involved interfaces
Customer acceptance for new integrated & swapped network elements
Execution of troubleshooting activities for new integrated network elements
Network Performance Reporting
Assist in the definition of standard procedures for Network Element Acceptance based on customer requirements
Assit in managing & reviewing the results of all defined optimization procedures
Knowledge transfer of responsible optimization procedures to other colleagues
Requirements:
Experience in 2G/3G/4G RF Algorithm and Network Parameter Optimization for at least 5 years
Experience in network troubleshooting procedures and Performance Monitoring
Experience in Quality Management
Excellent knowledge of Network Optimization processes
Experience with Huawei/Ericsson projects
Experience with Vodafone projects and familiar with Vodafone Optimization processes is preferred
Management skills
Management Reporting and Presentation skills
Work Flow Process definition skills
Experience working in or with virtual teams is preferred (local, international)
Fluent in English, German speaking is preferred
You will be in charge of optimization, parameter setting/analysing, improving KPI's and dimensioning. So a VERY solid background in 3G optimization, planning and features, knowing Optimizer, Capesso, Atoll and having leadership capabilities is expected.
