Business Analyst - Financial Services - Capital Markets, Clearing, Equities, Listed Derivatives
We are currently representing a global exchange in the city of Hong Kong. My client is looking for an experienced Clearing Business Analyst to join its team to help assist with the re-platforming of its post-trade systems. You will have the opportunity to join my client's dynamic and experienced team, the role offers a day rate ranging between £650 and £875 per-day, This role includes travel and a fully services apartment.
Your core responsibilities will include acting as a consultant and advisor for this major project. Aside from requirements gathering your purpose will be to highlight areas of improvement and to challenge current ways of thinking. Whilst joining a rapidly growing team you will need to adapt quickly and think on your feet to oversee this critical project.
Your required skill set:
- The ideal candidate for this role will have come from a Business Analysis background within a leading CCP or exchange.
- You will take a proactive approach to go above and beyond set boundaries on key projects.
- Business Analysis experience
- Experience within an exchange or CCP
- Understand and competently able to discuss the Clearing Lifecycle
- Knowledge of financial products, specifically covering Cash Equities or Listed Derivatives
- Understanding of regulatory initiatives eg MiFID, EMIR OR Dodd Frank
- Degree level educated or Industry equivalent experience
