Description
We require an experienced Systems Administrator to assist us with the provision of IT Support for our Sydney CBD based clients in the Legal industry.This is a part-time role (10-20 hours per week), most of which can be done remotely. Visits to client sites in the Sydney CBD will be necessary from time to time however.
The role involves the provision of IT Support and pro-active maintenance across our clients' entire technology stacks (from physical cabling to network switching/routing, firewalls, desktop and laptop OSs, server OSs and everything in-between)
The successful candidate will need (i.e. essential):
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to liaise with non-technical people to discuss/explain technology issues
- At least 10 years of experience in the support and administration of Windows Desktops (inc. Office Products) Windows Servers, Network Switching, Network Routing, Firewall Administration, Remote Access technologies, Active Directory, Group Policy, batch/VBS/PowerShell scripting, monitoring and alerting tools
- To live within a 30 minute commute of the CBD
- The ability to work flexible hours within the 'standard' working week
- Permanent Australian residency
Ideally the candidate will also have (i.e. desirable):
- Legal industry expertise
- Experience with both Leap and Worksite
