Test Engineer (Prague, Linux, SQL, Bash, Python, Finance)
Our client is looking for a dedicated functional test engineer to join our IT centre in Prague and help us to advance the functionality and coverage of functional tests of our Risk Management system.
The role includes:
- Create functional tests from specification
- Test execution & automation
- Share functional and technical knowledge in the team
Required technical skills and experience:
- Linux environment
- Passion for and proven track record in software testing
- Knowledge of SQL
- Basic programming/Scripting skills (bash, Python)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Other essential skills:
- Willingness to share ideas, knowledge and experience with team members
- Ability to work on own initiative, to identify problems and propose solutions
- University degree in information technology, engineering, natural sciences or economics
Beneficial working experience or knowledge:
- Financial markets, derivatives, trading
