Description
  • This position provides payroll and time management support using ADP Vantage and Kronos.
  • Performs a variety of complex technical and clerical duties to support the preparation, processing of employee time entry for payroll.
  • Tasks include running reports, performing audits and analysis of time data, and correcting errors.
  • Position keys a variety of transactions related to time entry and payroll.
  • Work with management, appropriate process partners and/or submitters of time and payroll data to ensure compliance with Department, Company and Federal guidelines and to resolve issues that might prevent timely processing or result in data integrity issues.
  • Demonstrates understanding of how to process transactions, payroll regulations, and the Kronos system. Recommends methods and procedures that optimize efficiencies and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate activities of others as necessary to implement solutions.
  • Work directly with customers and partners to resolve data issues.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Kronos system and procedures by resolving issues independently.
  • Respond to questions via email and telephone within service level agreements.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all levels of management, appropriate process partners and/or requesters to resolve any issues that might prevent timely processing or result in data integrity issues.
  • Ability to identify best practices and share with team to ensure improved data integrity and customer experience.

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and flexibility are essential.
  • Attention to detail, strong research analysis and analytical skills are required.
  • Must be able to progressively take on additional responsibility and projects as needed.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office products required
  • Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to change.
  • Availability on some evenings and weekends when workload requires.
  • Ability to follow and stay current on guidelines and processing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required
  • Advanced knowledge of federal regulations related to employment eligibility and subject matter expertise payroll processes.
  • Ability to resolve issues and process complex transactions for all customer groups.
  • Experience and proven track record of working in high volume, fast paced environment. Kronos experience required.
  • ADP experience desired.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years related experience processing or completing time related tasks.
  • Preferred Skills: Kronos experience, reporting, and analysis
