Summary:- This contractor will assist with the Cisco phone roll out in the office.
- They will place phones, verify configuration and test phones.
- This resource would also then assist with troubleshooting and support as our agents go live on the Cisco phones.
- Also, assist with client live day testing. (this will require weekend or evening work).

- Cisco Call Manager Experience
- Cisco UC
- Cisco Bat Files
- Importing Bulk Uploads
- Create Extension Mobility Profiles
- Cisco Unity VM Experience
- Unity Voice Mail
- Cisco Bat Files
- Importing Bulk Uploads
- Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills coupled with a customer service orientation
- Able to work independently as well as a part of a team on multiple tasks
- Self-starter; ability to begin working with minimal coaching
