1. Create a android app to develop animation stories that can be recorded. Program to have 10 pre existing characters and 10 back grounds
2. Functional Requirements:

Start your story on clicking on “Film” button . Ability to control characters . Ability to change scene by moving background . Ability to record your own voice over your story . Ability to save your creation . Ability to download it to user’s device 1.4. Settings 2.1.4.1. Ability to select Language 2.1.4.2. Volume control . Ability to control sound and music 2. ability to select one character and have voice synchronization to their face/mouth
