Description
Development Support Engineer - Linux, Perl, Bash, ConfigurationA leading European company are looking for a Development Support Engineer to join a project for just under a year, you will be based out of their Brussels office and you will be responsible for supporting the developers using the development environment and tools. You will need to be able to script with Perl and Bash (Python would also be useful). Day to da you will develop, maintain and support the Software Configuration Management systems and processes supporting the software development of applications. You must have extensive Linux experience for this role.
Development Support Engineer Essential Experience:
. Strong Linux background
. Good Scripting ability with Bash and Perl (Python would also be beneficial)
. Experience in writing, debugging large Perl and Bash scripts
. Great team ethic
. Agile experience
