Description
Education:
- High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable. Certification if applicable.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization.
- The Service Contract Administrator II position is responsible for the processing of Service Agreements.
- The individual supports the Sales team in achieving booking/revenue targets through the preparation and distribution of service agreement quotations; performance of service contract review and order administration functions; approval of quotations to orders; preparation of credit memos for contract cancellations/adjustments as required.
- Promotes data integrity through consistent maintenance of ERP databases.
- Normally follows established procedures on routine work; requires instructions only on new assignments.
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognize the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
- Partners with external customers and internal customers including Account Managers, Service Sales, Inside Sales, Service Finance, Zone and Regional Service Management, Service Marketing, Accounts Receivable.
- Communicate with internal partners to determine the course of action to achieve customer satisfaction
