Description
Responsibilities- Writes requirements specifications and develops business process and data models that define the business needs.
- Writes change requests.
- Gathers business requirements by conducting meetings/interviews.
- Coordinates, develops and executes system and acceptance test plans.
- Creates and/or reviews manuals, how-to procedures, and related user documentation. Ensures documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience.
- Investigates and adopts best practices from both within and outside of the organization.
Must have Business Analyst experience (2-4 years)
