Bid Writer/Administrator - Bid Writing, Tenders, Proposals, Copywriting, ideally with Construction/Services back ground

Our local based client is currently looking for a Bid Writer/Administrator to join their business development team, which is located in Bedfordshire. As the successful candidate you will be supporting their new Business Development team in preparing bid submissions and monitoring the bid process to provide relevant feedback. Part of the role will require some creativity to support the marketing side of the business to help develop content for both internal and external communications. Please note I am not looking for an experienced Bid Writer, but someone who is comfortable writing builds, not just completing templates, this is reflected in the hourly rate being paid.

You will be responsible for:

  • Bid Tender Writing and Preparation.

  • Internal & External Communications.

  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders/Bid Team.

  • Updating tender/Proposal information.

  • Writing content.

  • Copywriting. 

Previous Experience:

  • Bid Writing/Proposals Submissions.

  • Good written and interpersonal skills.

  • Team player.

  • Eye for detail.

  • Project Management experience. - Desirable.

  • Microsoft Office.
