Description
- Technical skills: Certified SFDC professional. Min. certification required (Salesforce Certified Developer (or) Salesforce Platform App Builder (New) and Salesforce Certified Administrator)
- Good to have Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification
- Preferred skills/certifications: ITIL or equivalent certification (ie specific to service delivery).
- Need prior experience (3-5 years) of working and managing service delivery projects (team size 5-10).
- Should have worked and managed multi-location teams
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should be excellent in stakeholder management
- Should be ready to work as part of service delivery for 1-1.5 years min.
