Product Owner/Analyst - Agile, Product Development, Web, Digital, Leeds
Fantastic Opportunity for an experienced Agile Product Owner/Analyst to join one of the world's leading Media and Broadcast giants.
The duration of the contract is for an initial 3 months, located over in Leeds.

The attributes we're looking for:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the Product Owner for a technical Scrum, participating with creative designers, developers and testers defining the product backlog.
- Write user stories that with clarity and acceptance criteria ensure the successful delivery of the feature/s in bi-weekly releases.
- Lead regular planning games and showcases and participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the Product Managers to devise a Product back log that communicates a common vision and criteria for success for the product.
- Be the primary source of information and truth for the product and leverage this expertise to provide insight and clarity.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master to organise and prioritise the teams work.
- Promote creativity and encourage business innovation in the pursuit of targets.
- Be able to provide a consistent and coherent product vision at appropriate levels of detail for stakeholders, technical teams and the wider business.
- Leverage iterative development to maximize return - get the minimal acceptable feature depth to production quickly and continually grow feature richness in pursuit of benefit.
NECESSARY EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Analyst/Agile Product Owner experience, ideally within a Scrum for a large National organisation.
- Worked within a web environment and has a good understanding of web concepts.
- Worked within an integration/multi team environment.
- Desirable
- Experience of a high transactional Back End system.
- Experience of an online access/identity management system.
- Understanding of TDD & Pair Programming
- CSPO qualification
