Job Profile

Development and execution of Marketing campaigns to support the banks short to medium term objectives ensuring the highest quality of customer interaction and outcome

Customer Service

  • Development and execute the marketing campaign plans across a range of direct communications, including; integrated campaign plans, campaign targets, test & learning frameworks and marketing communication briefs for agencies
  • Define targeting criteria for campaigns ie what customer segments to be targeted via what channels and mediums
  • Responsibility for effective marketing management and flawless execution of campaigns
  • Effective management of external agencies to ensure delivery of high quality on brief marketing campaigns
  • Accountability for the management, forecasting and reporting of the allocated marketing budget
  • Accountable for undertaking evaluation/ROI analysis of marketing campaigns to drive greater efficiencies and increase performance for the bank
  • Co-ordinate engagement with Analytics & Decision team to develop a contact framework for customers of the category, incorporating use of Next Best actions and other contact tools to maximise grow/retain outcomes
  • To apply communications expertise to deliver impactful and effective communications activity for specific target groups
  • Ensure that all marketing activity adheres to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly

Experience:

  • Relevant campaign management experience in a UK Retail Bank
  • Previous experience of working effectively with external agencies on strategic projects
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in building relationships with external and internal stakeholders and excellent stakeholder management
  • Clear strength in planning, organising and project management

Other significant Role Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or with equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • Comfortable working effectively in a Matrix environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capability
  • Strong customer and market insight capability
