Description
Tasks:
- Part of a Global team, who provide support 24/7 week, you will manage a large amounts of data.
- You will provide the 1st level support on request from customers based worldwide.
- Implement new releases and establish standards for operational management.
- Monitor and troubleshoot operations of business applications.
- Manage and maintain support services.
- Configure and manage development environments, UAT and production.
- Manage incidents, problems, changes and releases.
- Tuning capacity and performance
- Coordinate, administer tests and security platform.
- Comply with the requirements of OLA and quality validation.
- Ensure framework ITSM processes, tools and standard operating procedures are implemented, used and supported end to end.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience with SQL server 2008, in a large amounts of data.
- Good experience in 1st level support.
- Global environment/virtual team experience.
- Familiar to validated environment.
- Experience with DAG (Database availability Groups) and SQL Server cluster is a plus.
- Advanced in English (especially in written).
This position is 100% onsite in Madrid.
