Product Manager - Life & Pensions - Customer Communications/Products - Scotland
My large Life & Pensions client is recruiting to support their market leading Proposition. They are looking for Senior Proposition Manager(s) and Product Managers with extensive Life & Pensions experience.
Candidates should have:
Extensive Life & Pensions experience and market knowledge is hugely beneficial as they are ideally looking for someone who can bring knowledge and ideas from other L&P clients
Experience with cataloguing and developing customer communications, defining channels, gap analysis between current standards and existing outputs, line management of team
Managing ongoing reviews of existing products, ongoing monitoring of products against customer conduct metrics, line management of proposition leaders
Working with user experience consultants to develop customer facing channels
Awareness of basic legal requirements for proposition development in financial services sector
Experience developing a business case for a new proposition
Experience working with senior stakeholders, goes without saying must have strong communication and influencing skills
Rate - £450
Location - Edinburgh
Duration - 6 months
Start date - ASAP
