Senior Product Manager - Transformation - Savings - 6 months - Hove Based
Purpose:
To deliver Product Management aspects of the Mature Savings Transformation Programme, while continuing to maximise profit and minimise risk by delivering and maintaining competitive, saleable and compliant products and product updates.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
Recognised Financial Services qualifications desirable. For example, CII Certificate in Financial Services.
Knowledge:
Mature Savings Products Knowledge - Comprehensive understanding of Mature Savings retail life and pension products including investment bonds, endowments, stakeholder pensions and self-invested personal pensions.
Regulation - Comprehensive understanding of all internal/external regulations relating to Mature Savings products including latest guidance from the FCA on fair treatment of long-standing customers in the life assurance sector.
Life & Pension Markets - Good understanding of the wider Life & Pension product markets.
Approvals process/Advertising Standards - Good understanding of FCA rules and principles and internal policies.
TCF - Full understanding of Legal & General's processes and procedure relating to TCF.
Skills:
5 years Product Management or similar role in Financial Services experience desirable.
