Java Technical Lead - Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot
Currently working with a government client who are looking for a Java technical lead with experience in Java, Spring MVC and Spring Boot. You will be working closely product managers, BA's, designers and user researchers and must be comfortable being able to communicate scenarios and deliver their point in a concise logical manner.
Technical Key Skills:
- Java
- Spring MVC
- Spring Boot
- Web Services (REST)
- Build tools - preferably Gradule
- Pair Programming
Leadership Skills:
- Must be able motivate, build trust and collaborate within the team
- Open to new ideas from other team members
Desirable Skills:
- Neo4j
- Lucene or similar
- HTML/CSS/SASS/JavaScript
- Docker/Kubernetes/AWS
