Description
Junior Project Manager required to run the PM role for a specific Work Stream on a country transformation project in South Africa/Botswana.Duration: 6 months +
Location: Johannesburg
Reporting to the Programme Manager you will be accountable for the following:
- Update Project Plans
- Track Revenue and Cost across multiple sub- projects and workstreams
- Tracking of contractual requirements
- Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial, resource and material requirements.
- Participates in the preparation of proposals and agreements.
- Oversees project staff including project engineers, vendors, partners and subcontractors.
- Manages the project from start to completion including the resolution of project issues.
- Typically requires 2-3 years related experience in networking/telecommunications industry or min 2-3 years managing LAN and/or WAN network implementation and support PLUS 1-3 years in a Clearly defined Project Management role.
