Description:
For one of our client's we are looking for a MS Office Development consultant.
it's a short mission of about 20-30 mandays between 15/7 and 15/10.
location is Brussels centre, close to the central station. (+- 5min. walking)
Responsibilities:
- Debug excel macro's written by end users
- Help business users set up an excel with complex formula's
- Build code to transform excel files
- Build code to extract data from Ms Word forms and import it into excel files
- Build code to extract data from XML files and import it into excel files
- Other Ms Office related automation tasks
Technical skills:
To validate ideas before starting to industrialize a tool, Elia is looking for an Ms Office developer. Required knowledge:
- Have an in-depth knowledge of Ms Excel
- Have an in-depth knowledge of Ms Word
- Have an in-depth knowledge of Ms Access
- Have an in-depth knowledge of VBA
- Have an in-depth knowledge of XML
- Have a good general knowledge of other Ms Office products
- Have experience in Windows environments
- Have at least 3 years proven experience with above technologies
Personal skills:
- Can think along with the customer
- Can think out of the box
- Can work self-conducting
- Delivers precise work
- Good communicator and can work one to one with end users
- FR&NL or good knowledge of the other language
