Location: Paris
Rate: 400€/day maximum
Profile:
Experience on Cisco Call manager, UCCX (Cisco Unified Contact Center Express), CUC (Cisco Unity Connection), H.323 gateway, Cisco WebEx.
Core networking experience
Some Firewall experience
Very strong on voice
Fluent French Speaker
Configure and install various network devices and services (eg, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
Strong Experience in LAN Technologies - VLAN, VTP, STP, EtherChannel, CoS
Hands-on experience in service provider environment on core Routers troubleshooting MPLS Networks & routing protocols like BGP, & OSPF.
Working experience in Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate,F5 and PaloAlto devices
Analysis of complex system behavior, performance issues.
Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
Coordinating in Data Center activities and in Migration activities
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Strong understanding of network design and architecture in a global, multi-data center environment
Design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment;
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Hands on experience on CUCM V 10.5, CUC V 10.5, UCCX V 10.5 & CUPS V10.5
Hands on experience on configuration & troubleshooting of different types of Gateways like, MGCP, H323 etc.
Good Installation & configuration skill is mandatory for Cisco Collaboration devices.
Creation of SIP Trunks with Service Provider, hands on experience on CUBE, SBC's.
Planning of Clustering in Collaboration environment.
Planning of Contact center, integrating third party applications with Contact center & CUCM.
Experience on managing Nedi (Monitoring tool).
Experience in executing transformation activities in Cisco Voice.
Knowledge of Jabber configuration & third party application integration with Jabber.
UCCX Script knowledge is mandatory.
Configuration knowledge on CTI integration, Capacity planning of CUCM Cluster.
Configuration knowledge of features like Hunting, Extension Mobility, Device Mobility, SNR, Click to Call etc.
Knowledge of configuring third party SIP phones
Depth knowledge on Dialing plan & manipulation.
Experience on LADAP integration configuration.
Knowledge on Dial-peers, Translation rules etc.
SRST & CME Configuration experience.
Capacity planning on media resourcing in CUCM.
Good vendor management skill.
ITIL oriented, depth understanding of processes.
CCNA, CCNP ( R&S, Collaboration ) Preferred
Willing to work in 24/7 environment
