Our Fortune 500 client is in need of an associate to unpack and setup computer hardware and peripherals at their contact center in the greater Cleveland area.
Responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, unboxing and racking of computer equipment
- Deploying and retrieving PCs and accessories from customer's desks
- Boxing, scanning and prepping of equipment for shipping
- Replacing of PC peripherals (Mouse, Keyboard, etc.)
- Tier II Incident troubleshooting work

Required:
Receiving, unboxing and racking of computer equipment
-Deploying and retrieving PCs and accessories from customer's desks
-Boxing, scanning and prepping of equipment for shipping
-Replacing of PC peripherals (Mouse, Keyboard, etc.)
- Working knowledge of MS operating systems and applications
- Must have a strong technical aptitude with demonstrable success in researching, configuring and troubleshooting complex IT technologies
- Solid technical skills and knowledge with hands-on experience.
Plusses:
Associates degree in an IT related discipline (ie, Information Technology, Computer Science, CIS, MIS, etc.) is preferred, or a combination of equivalent work experience and education, which must include a minimum of two years of related work experience in a technical support role within a professional environment.
