Job Title: Project Manager - Unified Communications.
Work Location - Brieres, Etampes (France)
Duration - 12 to 18 Months
The Job description/Required skills are as follows:
Administer Cisco UC, WebEx, Jabber, SIP project plans, identify project goals, strategy, scheduling, potential risks and mitigating plans and allocation of available resources; and communication. Determine and manage project.
Should have understanding of Cisco UC products like Jabber, Web-ex and also worked on similar projects in past.
Improve and support the Program and Project Management and Unified Communications Solutions, WebEx, Jabber and SIP network by aligning with other regions and globally as appropriate
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in one or more of the Unified Communications Solutions disciplines, WebEx Conferencing, Jabber Deployment and SIP Services design preferred, to the customer markets in the region.
Provide technical inputs during technical workshops with customer and vendors.
Identify loop holes in architecture or designs proposed by vendors and highlight it to customer and vendors.
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
Generate and follow up audit/compliance reports to technical towers in order to prepare the IT environment for auditing, internal or external
The Required skills are as follows:
Strong project management experience in unified/universal communications - (Voice and Telephony infrastructure including Cisco WebEx Conferencing, Cisco Jabber, PBX and Call Center functions)
Experience in Automobile Industry environment; preferred
Experience with large conferencing installations, VOICE Implementations; preferred
