OverviewThis person will be a key interface for the IT Security team to communicate with the CIO Champions and ITAO community within the bank.
Cover the global initiative for End-User computing environment separation from a project management point of view. Ensure End-User device network segregation is managed end-to-end, by creating and tracking completion of project milestones and goals. Work with end-user platform teams and CISO engineering groups to stand up remediation efforts and KPIs around environment changes, resulting in reduced risk from inter-environment communications. Where necessary, request and manage support from other teams. Identify key dependencies, make them transparent and manage them accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with IT Security, End-User Platform Engineering and Network Services teams to oversee achievement of project milestones around the engineering, testing and delivery of network-based policies and access controls for the end-user computing environment.
• Understanding of technology risk concepts, including controls and control frameworks, technology risk domains, risk measurements and methodologies in line with GTO technology risk management but specific to the business of operation of the banks global network in global consistent way.
• Analyze and manage the impact and dependencies of the end-user compute environment segregation to other functions. Make the necessary support transparent to senior management for their prioritization and support.
• Identify potential additional requirements in collaboration with Engineering, Deployment and Operations within the compute environment segregation
• Provide project management expertise and thought leadership with an emphasis on network access controls for end-user desktops
• Creation of structured decision documents for the IT Sec Board, to drive &obtain necessary decisions in regards to network security. Work with relevant other teams to provide a heuristic view in these documents.
• Experienced in managing global initiatives, projects, various level of stakeholders, working with global teams.
• Generate bi-weekly Status Reports for steering committee and program governance review. Track adherence by and compliance of end-user devices to new network-enforced security controls.
Required
• Strong knowledge in project management

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong customer facing skills.
Preferred
• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Experience in risk assessment, interpretation, analytical and negotiation skills
• Strong experience in technical problem resolution skills
• Experience managing Network Access Control (NAC), Policy enforcement and/or Enclaving projects is a plus.
• 5-10 years previous experience working in an Investment Bank or similar environment.
• Degree or equivalent level with appropriate Industry standard qualifications
• Project Management Certification i.e. PRINCE 2, Project Management Professional (PMP)
