Genesys Engineer (iWD & Conversation Manager)
Genesys Engineer (iWD & Conversation Manager) is required for a long term implementation in Stockholm. The client will implement Genesys iWD and Genesys Conversation Manager as part of the new platform and is key to the success of the implementation.
The Genesys Engineer (iWD & Conversation Manager) will need to be able to take on a lead consultant role leading the delivery from a technical point of view for these two modules and to be part of a team of other professionals doing the IVR and Routing, Reporting, Integrations and other modules.
We are ideally seeking a Genesys Engineer (iWD & Conversation Manager) with experience in both of these modules, however, we can also consider Genesys Engineers (iWD & Conversation Manager) with experience in one or the other as long as they can cover Composer strategies including GAX objects as well.
This will be a long, complex and lucrative assignment.
