this is a Full time Helpdesk Analyst/Application Support role with a very competitive rate starting at $28/hr
it requires a Bachelors degree from an accredited university
it requires 100% availability for rotating shifts (NOT on call, just rotating shifts - there will be night shifts and holidays you will be required to work)

it requires at least fair software (not hard-w*are, but software) troubleshooting skills/background
