Description
I have a fantastic new opportunity for a strong Agile and Kanban lead. You will motivate and Lead a cross functional team to become self-organized and self-managed to deliver the projects goals, which includes delivering an assigned backlog of items set out by the Product Owner.Coach the team in the use the projects agile methodology. This includes coaching and supporting the product owner in refining the product backlog. Driving out root cause identification through proven analysis tools.
Key experience:
- Work with the Product Owner to understand the priorities for each release and sprint, ensuring there are always work items ready for allocation to the team
- Coach the Product Owners and Teams in the agile (Kanban) values, cadence, practices, and guidelines
- Coach the team in the use the projects agile methodology.
- On a daily basis provide a clear and transparent view of the Sprint Backlog.
- On a daily basis provide a clear and transparent view of the Sprint Burn down.
- On a daily basis provide a clear and transparent view of all risks and impediments related to the team.
Key Skills:
- Strong Kanban experience
- Strong Knowledge and execution of Agile Working
- Experience of effecting organisational change to achieve agility
