Head of Engineering - Global Online Technology Company
Our client has already built the fastest online platform of its kind worldwide, handling per year both billions of transactions and Multi-Billion euro value revenues. They are now in position to become number one in their industry and are seeking an experienced leader to facilitate this.
You will ideally have:
- 10+ years application development experience (High Throughput Low Latency)
- 5+ Management/Leadership experience
- Enterprise Architecture
- Distributed Systems
- Scrum/Kanban/Agile/TDD
- OOP, Analysis & Design
- You will prioritise key engineering decisions and advise and influence stakeholders as to their value within larger company interests.
- You will ensure product is delivered on time, budget and to requirement.
- You will agree and monitor team KPIs and report these against internal and client specific targets.
