The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced web designer with a high attention to detail, comfortable working at any phase in the design process.
Is this you?You have a passion for typography and grid systems and have a strong belief in providing the providing the best UX possible, raising the bar on every project you work on. You can confidently take a design from strategy to wireframe to detailed mockup. You also believe strongly in research, and that business objectives and user goals are more important than personal opinions. You have a design process that is efficient and productive, but always evolving.
Skills/Talents we’re looking for:- High attention to detail

- Passion for great typography
- Words are just as important as look/feel
- You like to problem solve design decisions
- Photoshop
- Experience with WordPress (it's the only platform we work with)
- Experience design for mobile/tablet as well as desktop
- Fluency in English
- Work from anywhere in the US or Canada…or around the the world, so long as you are completely and genuinely fluent in English and work during US hours.
- Experience with assorted Web technologies: HTML , CSS/SCSS/LESS , JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX , JSON , XML , etc.
Quarterback Digital is a recently re-branded Canadian agency that has over 17 years experience producing improved online lead generation for our clients in a variety of industries – industrial, financial, retail, government and non-profit.
We specialize in helping our clients capture, store and manage their sales leads by conducting extensive user research which then becomes their bespoke digital marketing strategy. We then execute on their strategy using a custom stack of tools and processes that are used to attract and measure higher quality leads.
