We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in China.

Position Title: Business Consultant
Position Type: Contract

Responsibilities:
- Business consulting framework and methodology for Network Solution and Integration Service, such as Network Planning & Optimization including mobile & fixed network, Indoor Connection Service, SOC transformation, etc.
- Network Solution and Integration Service market trend and service development analysis.
- Network Solution and Integration process reengineering.
- Design appropriate Network Solution and Integration Service business value model, build up TCO analysis competency and commercial lead competency, and ROI analysis competency from operators’ point of view.
- Reference case with business value justification.
- Operation Consultation delivery model and best practice.
- Business Consulting project practice, summit materials preparation and presentation. For instance, meet with CxO and high-level management customers of operators to success services pre-sale projects, and provide formal presentation at various forums and road shows.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 15+ years telecommunication work experience, consulting experiences preferred.
- Excellent telecom industry work background, such as network planning and design, solution architecture and plan, consulting service in E/ALU/NSN, or operators.
- Familiar with operator’s investment decision-making process and return on investment analysis, operators’ business process, organization structure, operating model.
- Experienced with telecom strategy planning and/or business transformation, industry trends extensive and profound insight.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with CxO and high-level management customers of operators.
- Excellent presentation capability, both in marketing and bidding processes. Good at producing and delivering presentations.
- Leading large-scale wireless or fixed network planning and optimization delivery. (more than 1000 sites)
- Bachelor degree and above in Telecom, Electrical Engineering Computer Science or relevant fields.
- Willingness to travel overseas frequently.
