Job Description
? Technically responsible for the function of the wired terminals at the network of the company with the appropriate service platforms
? If compliance with the Network Destinations Respect certain quality, budget and schedule
Main Responsibilities
• Support, maintain and optimize the Active Directory, DNS and related infrastructures
• Testing and release of wireline Devices (xDSL routers, telephones, VoIP Devices and set-top boxes)
• Terminal configuration means automatic provisioning (ACS / Plug & Play) in the range Fixnet
• Manufacturer Management for Fixnet terminals (For example, AVM, ZyXEL) and terminals evaluation
• Performing feasibility studies and Assisting in the development of new services in Fixnet terminals
• Responsible for the evaluation and the Maintenance of appropriate measuring instruments
• 3rd level support (problem-solving with the Manufacturers of terminals)
Technical Project Management
• Technical project work in the field Fixnet terminals
Expert function
• xDSL access technologies (ADSL, ADSL2 + and VDSL)
• FTTH technologies
• TDM / POTS and VoIP terminals
• WLAN / Powerline technologies
• Configuration via signalling protocol (TR069, TR181)
• QoS on Fixnet terminals
• Incorporation of new employees, Mentor
• Business Consulting
