Within this department, you will be part of the project team responsible for the Supply Chain Transformation Project.
The Supply Chain Transformation Project has as objective to tackle all issues related to the Supply Chain. It incorporates:
- increasing efficiency through process review
- implementing a new control framework around the Supply Chain process
- defining and implementing sourcing strategies
- developing communication channels with the business partners
- developing training on the supply chain process and related risks
Role;
As part of the Supply Chain Transformation Project team your responsibility is to lead a number of projects streams.
This means you will need to:
- define and manage the planning of the stream deliverables
- work together with a number of designated people from the procurement and other departments
- prepare the workshops to be held in order to drive the decision making and delivery
- consolidate the information received/decisions made during the workshop
- document the outcome (policy, governance, process, operating procedure documentation)
SPECIFIC MUST HAVE:
* You have extensive experience with Supply Chain Processes
* You have excellent project management skills
* You have extensive experience with change management and training (definition, set-up and giving)
GENERIC MUST HAVE:
* You are able to work under pressure and can cope with strict deadlines, you will have a hands on approach
* You are able to successfully prioritize tasks and coordinate several priorities at once
* You are a proactive team player
* You have strong interpersonal skills - ability to listen to the users, and present messages clearly and convincingly to a senior audience
* You are fluent in written and oral English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch would be an asset
* You have excellent analysis skills (analytical, synthetic and critical mindset)
NICE TO HAVE
* Knowledge of ARIBA
* Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite
* Knowledge of OBIEE/BI APPS Procurement and Spend
