Short description:
Demand Leader: Collaborating in international project activities. Helping to shape the successful development and production of next generation telematics services in all the phases of the project, assuring the right level of support to the Customer through the onsite position in Customer production sites.
Detailed Description:
Main responsibilities:
Facilitate communications between Customer teams, global project manager and internal stakeholders
Managing processes and ensuring to achieve targets in time
Detailed project-planning (focusing on KPIs and other key data) and follow up
Collaboration with R&D experts and staff members responsible for operations at the production site
Write requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely.
Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by those must base their work on the requirements.
Risk and mitigation management
Regular reporting
Lead and motivate the project team, main contact for customer
Requirements:
Min. 5 years of experience at similar positions (particularly within the automotive industry, ideally tier-1)
Project Management and PMO
Supplier Management
Client Management and Stakeholder Relationship management
Business Analysis and Functional Specification attitude
Cost Management and Finance Indicators basics
Communication skills
Knowledge of Business Scenarios and Strategy on M2M, IoT and Telematics
Technical Skills on basic IT Technologies (Application Server, Internet Protocols, Cloud, technologies, telematics, Devices and Firmware)
Flexibility and adaptation attitude
Passion for Innovation
Focus on High quality deliverables
Education:
Fluent English Mandatory
Degree in Engineering or Combined Business Administration and Engineering
Experience:
Experiences on complex and long term project management for Real Time systems (IoT, Telematics, Intelligent Networks, Real Time charging)
Experiences on complex and long term project management for BSS/OSS systems
Experience on functional specification activities and testing design for highly structured projects (particularly within the automotive industry, ideally tier-1)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Project as well as ticketing and requirement tools
Desired:
Training, Certification and Practices on PMI/Prince, REQB, TOGAF, ITIL
Work experience abroad
