Montash have been engaged by a global retail client based in Amsterdam to source and secure an experienced Senior Incident Coordinator to work in their global support team.
Key Skills:
- General IT knowledge; eCommerce, web / mobile, ITIL, agile, windows, linux, cisco, juniper, VMs, Cloud
- Experience working with IT incidents and problems in large scale environments
- Excellent Communication is key
- Ability to turn technical problems into non-technical language and understand what the business impact is
- Able to work independantly and as part of a team
- Strong Stakeholder engagement skills
