Infrastructure Developer
Prestigious North West based client requires an accomplished Infrastructure Developer with solid Java design and development skills. This role will be part of the team responsible for the architecture, design, build, documentation and testing, for Middleware technologies. This role is responsible for the development of strategic platforms and integrated components to support Middleware Services and PaaS (Platform as a Service).
* Responsible for the design, documentation, coding, testing, and production support of large, complex, applications. Work with Product owners, Service owners, stakeholders and customers to understand, document and prioritise requirements
* Ownership of Product related Tasks and Bugs in JIRA - own, track and drive deliverables through SCRUM. Escalate Product Risks and Issues to Product Owners
* Work across multiple phases of software development within a project as a team member dealing with the most technically challenging assignments.
* Problem solving and troubleshooting of customer-facing production applications across all application layers. Analytical ability covering root cause identification, eradication and pro-active service and process improvement.

*Java Developer/Java development
*Java programming skills, ideally with Java SE 6, 7 and 8

*Development using JAAS, Kerberos and Active Directory

*Experience designing and implementing end to end solution architectures
*RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
