Our client, important company, are seeking test engineers for ensuring the quality of their high performance, real-time analytics products using the latest software and hardware technologies.
Responsabilities:
Ensuring the quality of industry leading financial and enterprise core product features
Working within an agile software development life cycle to test new products features
Using scripting and programming skills to automate tests using python and selenium
Designing test strategies using Test/QA best practice
Requirements:
BSc. in Computer Science or related discipline.
5+ years relevant industry experience.
Strong scripting/programming skills using Python or similar (Perl, Java).
Experience in manual and automated testing on web applications.
Good knowledge of manual and automated testing best practice.
Experience in manual and automated testing best practise.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging and troubleshotting skills.
Good working knowledge of IP networking protocols and systems.
Excellent verbal and writing English-language communication skills.
Desirable:
Detailed knowledge of Linux/Unix.
Industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP highly desirable.
Experience developing test automation frameworks.
Experience with selenium webdriver.
