Description
3 shift supervisors are needed in our fast paced inbound call center.
We resell top consumer home service brands for TV, home security, and Internet.
You must have a sales background to be considered for this position as you will be leading and managing a sales staff. You must be able to deal with several different personalities and be authoritative.
Management of sales staff includes:
Overseeing breaks, lunches, and the general flow of the sales call center
Maintain level of sales standards throughout the day
Help couch and improve individual rep sales stats
Reprimanding poor behavior
This position trains at $15 per hour.
Hourly pay increases once you are able to manage a shift on your own which is expected within 3 months. Hourly pay ranges then ranges from $17-$20 per hour plus bonus.
