Responsibilities:
- In regards to the enterprise datacenter management service market, provide guidance to industrial customers on datacenter operation & maintenance services as well as on the delivery process of management services based on the best practices of competitors and O&M of industry's customers.
- Provide end to end service solutions on datacenter management services and support service presales.
- Based on the best industry practices, review the existing datacenter service product portfolio and optimize it. Enrich the datacenter service product portfolio and enhance the competitiveness in datacenter management market.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 15+ years of working experience in IT industry or 5+ years of data center operations and maintenance experience.
- Deep understanding of the internal O&M process of enterprise customers. Preferred is IBM management service experience.
- Familiar with the management model design of enterprise O&M as well as the basic architecture and service logic of the main industry management players (such as VMWare, HP, H3C).
- Leading the development of important service products, planning and architecture experience.
- Fluent in English (Chinese preferred).
