IT Security Software OperatorWe are currently recruiting for our client, a dedicated and disruptive innovation driven software application company, for an IT Security Software Operator to join their business in Chertsey.

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-house technical support for Security related Software for client's
- Main point of contact for a selection of customers and deal with their technical queries via phone or mail in a professional and timely manner
- To provide 1st/ 2nd line technical support to clients in Europe, CIS, MEA, and Africa
- To provide outstanding customer service
- To produce on-time resolution ratio for customer’s request
- PC security software support for UK and whole European subsidiaries, and facility security software support (Card Entrance system) only for UK office
- Training for using and managing PC security software
Qualifications:
- 5 + years of IT experience and solid experience in customer technical support
- Experience in PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- MS Windows (for Server OS and PC OS) skills - be able to troubleshoot hardware and software problems in Windows OS
- Experience with operating CCTV, Card Entrance System, or security devices preferred
- Experience on Database (MS-SQL) preferred
