Enterprise Mobile AdministratorWe are currently recruiting for our client, a dedicated and disruptive innovation driven software application company, for an Enterprise Mobile Administrator to join their business in Chertsey.

Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all incoming Enterprise Mobile App. administration service queries particularly in Mobile Biz. Apps. control issue related service request
- To log support calls in Service Desk system(s) and attempt to resolve the issue, passing to HQ those calls which cannot be resolved to specialist teams
- Communicating with End-users and IT Contacts in UK, across Europe and in HQ
- Liaising with technical teams regarding related technical issues for the speedy resolution of calls.
- Monitor and manage calls by chasing the specialist teams and customers where required to ensure resolution within agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Produce Service Desk weekly/monthly statistics and reports
Qualifications:
- 2 + years of experience in customer service / helpdesk in IT industry
- Experience in the Mobile (smartphone) customer service industry is an advantage, preferably of a technical nature in mobile applications
- Strong experience in Mobile Application Management, particularly in Enterprise Business Support Applications
- Experience in Enterprise Mobile Administration Job - Install/Uninstall/Reset/etc
- Good documentation skills based on MS Office, for regular reporting
- ITIL Foundation, or similar IT related qualification will be an advantage
