Accountant - Edinburgh - £350 p/day
We are currently recruiting an Accountant to join a leading Bank based in Edinburgh on a contract basis. This will be an initial 6 month contract with a high chance of extension.
As an Accountant you will work within the Commercial Banking and Regulatory Control team. You will perform Financial Control activities for part of the Commercial Banking business. The role will focus on the management and analysis of data base on source systems including reconciliations and month/quarter end process.
You as the ideal candidate will require:
An Accounting qualification - ACCA/CIMA/ICAS etc.
Extensive experience working on Ledgers
Experience of working with large volumes of data
Background in Treasury Advanced Excel skills
Good Communication skills
