Field Service EngineerWe are currently recruiting for our client, an international IT Support company to join their project in Poland.
Position Title: Field Service Engineer
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: December 2016
Duration: 12 months initial

Responsibilities:
- Support Country ITS Lead Poland in planning, execution and delivery of ITS activities/projects according to priorities & roadmaps
- Provide IT support to end users community in Bielany Wroclawskie and manage registered tickets
- Support the management of the voice and video conferencing landscape
- Support the management of the Printer landscape
- Support the management of the Mobile Phone Fleet
- Maintain site specific operational process documentations
-- Technical documentation related to services
-- Technical documentation related to IT infrastructure
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Degree in IT with 4 years of experience preferably in IT environment focused on end users support
- Good project planning and organizing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Polish & English.
- Advanced MS Office skills (focus on Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in delivering larger presentations and/or trainings.
- Service and goals oriented, with emphasis on communication, cooperation and proactivity.
- Good understanding of Hosting & Network.
