Position Title: Business Operations Consultant for Shared Services Center/Organization

Responsibilities:
- Conduct practice research of customer technical support (TAC - Technical Assistance Center), remote delivery, channel and marketing support.
- Participate in GSC (Global Share Center) business planning and business capabilities (competencies) planning related to customer technical support, remote delivery, channel and marketing support.
- Participate in business design of the key TAC, remote delivery and channel & marketing support business gaps.
- Guide the efficient AC, remote delivery and channel & marketing support business operations.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Over 15 years of ICT experience, including 5 years of work experience with consulting companies, doing in-depth research of operations (operation model) of the Shared Services Organization.
- Experience with in-depth research of Cisco and AWS delivery and services, familiar with the business operations and operations management of customer technical support (TAC - Technical Assistance Center), remote delivery, channel and marketing support.
- Advanced knowledge of business planning and business design methodologies, able to provide a comprehensive guide for business operations and operational management/operational excellence.
- Fluent English.
