The setting is very near-future Earth with a lot of high fantasy and sci-fi aspects.
So my offer, as it stands, is to get bigger, better color art into my books. Unfortunately, the budget is tight so my offer is based on revenue (a percentage of sales). We are already published and sales are doubling every month so you have very little to worry about. I can also offer pay-up-front with the right offer.
